Appeal Court Returns Austin Akobundu, Sacks Senate Minority Whip Dalington Nwokocha

the Appeal sitting in Lagos has ruled against the Senate minority whip and member representing Abia Central Senatorial Zone Senator Dalington Nwokocha.

The court in its ruling returned Col Augustine Akobundu Retired as the winner of the February 25th 2023 Abia Central Senatorial Election.
