The Abia State Commissioner for Trade, Commerce and Industry, Dr Chimezie Isaac Ukaegbu, has joined other well meaning Abians in celebrating the State Governor, Dr Alex Chioma Otti, OFR, as he turned 59 today.
The Commissioner who described Dr Alex Otti as determined, tenacious, excellent and committed person prayed God to strengthen him in his resolve to pilot Abia to an enviable status.
Dr. Ukaegbu thanked Dr Otti for answering the call to better the fortunes of the state and its citizens at large.
