The Chairman Federal Heads of Establishments in Abia State, Mrs. Gloria Ifeyinwa Abiakam on Wednesday affirmed the groundbreaking of the Federal Secretariat at Ekeoba in Umuahia North Local Government Area of Abia State.
Abiakam dropped the hint while addressing newsmen after the monthly meeting of all the Heads of Establishments held at the Police Officers Mess in Umuahia, the State Capital.
She revealed that the Minister of Housing and Urban Development, Architect Ahmed Musa Dangiwa on June 27th, performed the ceremony alongside the 250- Housing Units of the President Bola Tinubu Renewed Hope Housing Estate in Bende Local Government Area of Abia State.
Abiakam who pointed out that the meeting involves all Heads of MDAs in Abia State, disclosed that it gives them the opportunity to interface with each other, adding that they also enjoy the benefits of security as all the security personnels are members of the association.
She advised members of the Federal Establishments who are yet to identify with the association to avail themselves the opportunity of been recognised by other members.
Abiakam, thanked those who attended the monthly July meeting while encouraging those that are yet to join them to act fast.
