Military Service Chiefs have arrived Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.
Led by the Chief of Defense Staff, Gen. Leo Irhabor, they arrived the 2 Division of the Nigerian Army where Gen. Irhabor addressed officers and men of the division.
They are to meet Governor Seyi Makinde and supervise change of leadership at the division.
