The Election Petition Tribunal Sitting in Umuahia the Abia State Capital has struck out the Petition of Mr Solomon Enweremadu the candidate for the People’s Party of Nigeria(PPN) against the Victory of Hon. Ginger Onwusibe.
The Judgement of the tribunal which was declared this morning Ruled that the Petition of the PPN candidate lacked merit and the petitioner failed to prove his case beyond reasonable doubt.
The Petition was Subsequently struck out for lack of Merit and the election of Hon. Ginger Onwusibe Upheld.
It is however, recalled that this is the Third Time Hon. Ginger Onwusibe and Member Representing Isialangwa North State Constituency at the Abia State House of Assembly will be defeating his rival at the Tribunal and Appeal Courts.
