The State Governor, Dr. Alex Otti, on Saturday paid a condolence visit to the wives of the five soldiers, who were killed in Obikabia, Obingwa Local Government Area, LGA, on Thursday, May 30, 2024 by yet-to-be-identified gunmen.
Gov Otti met with the young widows of the soldiers, who died while in operation at 144 Battalion Asa, Ukwa West LGA.
Dr Otti who was received on arrival by the Commander of 14 Brigade Ohafia, Nigeria Army, Brigadier General O. O. Diya also signed the condolence register in honour of the five soldiers while he commiserated with the wives of the soldiers who lost their lives.
