The Chief Medical Director, Federal Medical Centre Umuahia, Doc. Azubuike Onyebuchi has called on the general public to disregard any friend request from a purported Facebook Account bearing his name
The Director who made this known after getting information about his name being used to defraud individuals expressed shock noting that he never owned any Facebook Account.
He ,therefore, urged anybody who may have received any such friend request with his name and picture to disregard such request adding that it is used for fraudulent activity.
The Director also stated that he does not have any Twitter, Instagram or Facebook Account, noting that any account with his name is a scam.
The Director further noted that the fake WhatsApp number 09029503744 and 08027615606 should also be avoided to avert further defrauding of people as those numbers do not belong to him.
