As Christians celebrate the birth of Christ Jesus today, the President Vision Africa International Bishop Dr Sunday Ndukwo Onuoha, has urged Christians to use the occasion to pray for justice in the land.
The Methodist Bishop who gave the charge in Umuahia, Abia state, in his Christmas message to Christians all over the globe, decried the level of injustice that is prevalent in the present society, which has given rise to anarchy.
Bishop Onuoha reminded Christians and those in authority that, “When there is justice, peace will follow suit, and where there is no justice, there is anarchy”.
The Methodist Bishop prayed for God’s special intervention in Nigeria
He felicitated with Christian faithful for celebrating another Christmas marking the birth of the saviour Jesus Christ, urging them to share in the joy the birth brought to mankind by passing such joy across to one another.
Bishop Dr. Onuoha also charged Christians not to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ in isolation of the COVID-19 protocols, admonishing them to conform to the various directives of the World Health Organization, NCDC, and Government so as to avoid the spread of the dreaded virus.
