I, Hon Prince Ikedi Ezekwesiri on behalf of Ochi 1 of Isuochi, HRM Eze Dr G. I. Ezekwesiri and the good people of Umunneochi, thank God and congratulate you for a successful, eventful and fulfilling tenure in the conduct of the Niger Delta Affairs ministry for a four year period (2015-2019).
I make bold to state without equivocation that you showed difference in class, quality, and integrity in piloting the affairs of the Ministry.
Umunneochi people are particularly happy and eternally grateful for the numerous projects you, the Honorable Minister sited and currently being executed in Umunneochi. These projects include:
1, Nkwoagu Isuochi Erosion control.
2,Orie-Ngodo-Umudim-Lomara Road.
3, Nneato-Aku-Ihube Road among others.
It is also noted with happiness and joy in our hearts that the following projects:
1, Mbala ring Road.
2,Evangel-Ndiawa-Obinulo-Oriengodo Road.
3, Mbato-Junction-Umuelem- Old clinic Road.
4,EkeEziama-Obilikpa-Unyo-Umunze Road.
5,Lokpaukwu-Ukwunwangu-Uturu Road.
These projects have been captured in the 2019 budget that has just been signed into law by President Mohammadu Buhari.
Therefore, the people of Umunneochi will always be guided by the saying of our ancestors that when eating a fruit, think of the person who planted the tree.
This encomium is made amidst the knowledge that when a king reigns, it is thanks to the people, when a River sings, it is thanks to the stones and one can pay back the loan of gold but one dies forever in debt to those who are kind.
Honorable Minister sir, with maximum respect you were kind to the people of Umunneochi.
